Phillip and Simon are using their enormous drive and passion to complete their training as international supervisors in the W&K World! On top of completing a variety of jobs involving ever changing technologies, our two rising stars meet up on a regular basis with experienced installation managers from the W&K family. Both have now been successfully deployed as site managers with personal responsibility on a European industrial installation project. A big 'keep up the good work' from the W&K Group!
I joined the W&K World as a technician in 2005 and worked for considerable time on a day-to-day basis on global assembly contracts for changing and cutting-edge technology. Today I manage our scheduling department. I make sure with my team that our technicians and service engineers are deployed wherever and whenever they are needed. People development and bespoke contracts make up our agenda for you today.
I joined the W&K World in 2019 after finishing my training as an industrial supervisor. I travelled all over Germany as a technician which allowed me to constantly broaden my knowledge. This allowed me to acquire a wide range of technical know-how in a variety of engineering fields, including pharma, logistics and food technology. My personal supervisor makes sure that I am deployed to a variety of jobs which match my skills and needs. Gather new technical experience with W&K!
My job as a site manager involves managing installations worldwide where changing technical assignments make up the norm. This constant variety is what makes my job so special. I head up our installation teams and bring all my expertise and long-term experience to bear on our construction sites. Together we make every project a success!
